Omar Dyer in his young career, has been very under-rated and hasn’t been able to break the mode or model of a (C) / (D) list celebrity. From 2012 until now, anytime there is a political season in New Jersey: Omar Dyer’s name is always brought up. And he would always denounce any political run. Yet Covid-19 and the global pandemic leashed a series of unleashing the beast. As a struggling writer / entertainer Omar Dyer couldn’t find work in the industry — he couldn’t find work in general. He wasn’t getting brought on in a paid manner to these top publishing mills — where it finally clicked for Omar Dyer. Nobody is going to bet on you until you bet on yourself.

And after the world was sent home, and after having his credit destroyed by Student Loans. Congress, sent Omar Dyer and many like him an olive branch — when student loan payments were suspended. From 2017, when Omar Dyer built a mssive audience with “Mad Comedian.”

Birth of Mad Comedian (2017 / 2020)

Who is Mad Comedian, and that is a question that circles the comic community. Upon the creation of Mad Comedian, the unnoted comedian gained notary with his involvement in Eddie & Brando Murphy’s fight. Brando, went on telling people that Eddie was his father. Eddie thought it was a joke, until Brando started showing up to places Eddie would hang out and scream: Dad. The writer’s and producers of Mad Comedian was introduced to the son of Richard Pryor, who was currently starting a promotional tour with Brando Murphy (playing Eddie Murphy’s son) and Mason Pryor, (Richard Pryor’s son) called “Sons of Comedy.”

Long story short on this trilogy, Eddie Murphy and Brando got into a legal argument, while Mad Comedian and Eddie Murphy took to the internet. And the back-and-forth memes from both characters had Instagram and Facebook souring in ratings. The chatter between the two, helped Mad Comedian’s show “Real Comedians From Da Hood,” on scoring an invite to the Dubai Comedy Festival. In this festival for the first time was an internet comic battling SNL, Travor Noah, and Jimmy Fallon for comedies pandemic entertainer.

“Mad Comedian,” developed a character called: Da_Viper, which is a battle rapping internet personality, that songs are written by Omar Dyer. When Kendrick Lamar released that mixtape single named: “Control,” there was a statement in that freestyle stating that he killed the king of New York.

Mad Comedian did not take well on every artist outside of New York, claiming that they are the Kings of the art form. So one Facebook, in a widely watch weblog, Real Comedians From Da Hood called Cypher Fridays, on this show the internet comic went after every artist claiming to be King of New York. This later developed into a comedy series that turned into a Facebook Special. Celebrities vs Characters War became the first animated comedy special that rivaled Netflix and Chris Rock with Tangerine. The company behind Mad Comedian and the special is airing out in advertising that Mad Comedian broke Chris Rock and the digital downloading record, with a campaign of 1 million true pay per view streaming.

Mad Comedian revived and saved Omar Dyer on his writing and career in politics, the creation of President of the Ghetto Hoods in America was brilliant. And on Instagram, the campaign against Donald J Trump made folks actuall laugh at the comedy.

The idea of Mad Comedian on (Instagram) was a creative move that allowed people to build a connection with the moniker. So instead of watching Netflix and other streaming services, majority of the people spent a boat load of time — developing lives. And during the global lockdown, it was a great time to develop lives. And Mad Comedian was a master at going into other lives and roasting them.
